Aikido Insight With Martin Acton

The path to excellence is a life long journey and Martin went to the source "Japan" where he spent 2o years studying the relatively modern martial art Aikido. Martin is a 5th Dan in Aikido and from his "Dojo" in Dromore The Martin Acton Institute he is passing on his knowledge to a new group of martial Artists also using techniques to help others overcome mental illness and behavioural problems.

this is the second of two videos featuring the two "Martins" Acton and Lurgan man Martin O'Neill who studied Jeet Kune Do in America under Taky Kamoura and Guri Dan Inosanto.
