Escape to Victory

Every one has a story, but not all go back to the collapse of the Berlin Wall. Mandy Driesch was 17 years old when a momentous historical event in November 9th 1989 gave her the opportunity to fulfil her dream to work with horses.

After escaping mind you almost getting arrested she escaped communist East Germany and begin a life working with horses starting in America and finishing up in Naas Co.Kildare in Craddockstown Stud the she produces event horses from her mainly thoroughbred brood mares and her 3* event stallion "Grand Marnier" (Trak) x Steinburg x Mister Glitter.

I met her at the Roscommon Mayo Breeders Group Select Foal selection day at CoilOg E.C. with her two foals.
